The warrior lay sprawled face down, bleeding and dirtied. He contemplated on whether or not he should give up, to just lay there and die. But then he heard her voice calling out to him. He turned his head slightly and saw the love of his life calling out for him to get up. Right then and there he made his decision, or rather, it was made for him the entire time. Slowly he lifted his heavy body, coughing up blood as he stood straight. The ominous figure that had caused his predicament now turned slowly to face the warrior. Under his helmet he smirked and scoffed at the warrior "You can't possibly think that you can continue to fight me." The warrior replied with a smirk of his own. Lifting his sword into a battle stance he charged and locked blades with his adversary. The warrior knew, that deep down he could beat his opponent, as long as he was fighting to protect the one he loves. As he continued to strike his opponent's blade, he felt strengthened, even more-so than before. Noticing this, the ominous figure questioned the warrior, "From where are you drawing the strength to continue on? Moments ago you were battered, now you continue to fight as though nothing happened. So I ask again, where is this strength coming from!?" The warrior looked into his adversaries eyes, a deep blaze burning in them, and simply answered "Love." The warrior pierced through the figure's chest and so ended the battle. As the body fell, the onlooking woman ran to her beloved and embraced him. They looked into each others' eyes, kissed passionately one last time, and with that the warrior's life had ended, now knowing his love was safe.

Inside a Girl
"Adelaiiiiiiiiiide....Aaaaaaaaadelaiii duh..." she hummed as lullingly as a lullably, as gently and as certain as a hummingbird's beating wings.
I awoke before I lifted my lids, such an easy thing to do. Open the eyes yet still not waken from sleep, sometimes not even through the day nor several series of days...this is quite frequent for me for I am a dreamer and dreaming requires deep sleeping, as deep as a bear hibernates in a safe, warm cave until the unforgiving frost of winter has given itself away to the tender tendrils of warm, sweet as honey sun rays that fill the air with a lemon zestyness and a minty mellowness, all that which enc

Home.
The night is pitch-black all around, save for the uncountable mass of stars winking benevolently at me from the tarp of deepest indigo that hangs overhead. Everything feels suspended in that momentthe stars, the crescent moon, the sparse, gray-black clouds, this little island called Earth, and even myself. It feels as if my feet don't even touch the ground.
I feel as if I'm falling into them, the stars. There are so many of them, filling my field of vision, that I am taken by a sudden bout of dizziness and fall back into the Earth's gentle embrace. In response she twirls me around playfully, pulling me into a slow-motion
